Connected Leader 1:1 Coaching Sessions. Participants will build a practical, personalized plan (Connected Leader Blueprint) by leveraging a comprehensive step-by-step process, aligned to support their unique purpose, guiding principles, goals, superpowers, and vulnerabilities.
Assignments. Participants will complete pre-work and assignments on their own and meet individually with Nicole to review and build on the insights gained.
